On-site Chair or Table Massage
Clothed massage performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist in a specialized chair that provides access to clients back, neck and shoulders, or on a massage table that allows for access to the whole body. Sessions will be offered in 10 to 20-minute sessions on location of business. Events can be one time or recurring as decided by management. Events can be set as paid in full by the Employer or paid out of pocket by the Employees.
Personal Training
We can provide one-on-one personal training for staff or small group training classes utilizing your company gym or a minimalistic approach for smaller offices. These can be set up as billed direct to the company or out of pocket for staff!
Exercise Programming
Does your company have an onsite gym? We offer business specific programming utilizing company gym equipment. Can be set up as daily programming provided to a business determined contact person, we can also grant individual employees access to our app with personal profiles, progress tracking, coaches messaging service and video demonstrations of workouts.
Proactive Wellness Plan
Massage performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist, or training provided by a Certified Coach at one of our facilities. The company can send employees to our facility on their own free time and get direct billing for services rendered at a potentially discounted rate. Can be set-up to be paid in full by your company or a co-pay system. Better for when you want your employees to have the freedom to get their wellness benefits as needed!
