You are booking a period of time with a specialist. Some of that time may be used for verbal check-in, assessments and/or follow-up. Hands-on time of your sessions will vary. To maximize your hands-on potion of your appointment please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your start time. Also, please inform your specialist if you want to skip this portion of your treatment and get right to work.
